2. Scope of Work What exactly will be done. Be specific. State the activity, location and boundaries of the work.

6. Step by Step Work Sequence Number each step clearly. Write in simple active sentences. Example: “Step 1 — Isolate power supply and apply LOTO.”
7. Inspection and Test Requirements Reference the ITP. List all hold points and witness points. State acceptance criteria.
8. Attachments Risk assessment, ITP, drawings, material data sheets.
